Two Silver Falcon Capital Portfolio Companies Honored as Best Restaurants by Time Out Media

Luke’s Kitchen and Bar and Prato, Orlando restaurant concepts from Park Lights Hospitality Group and members of the Silver Falcon Capital portfolio, have been named two of Orlando’s best restaurants by Time Out.

For Luke’s Kitchen and Bar, this nod comes on the heels of being named 2021 Restaurant of the Year by the Orlando Sentinel. After bringing in Jason Campbell as Executive Chef in 2020, Luke’s has come into its own as a Maitland destination for elevated and unique fare with the atmosphere to boot. 

Prato, on the other hand, is no stranger to the culinary fanfare. Since its inception in 2011, the restaurant has become a mainstay on Winter Park’s popular Park Ave, attracting locals and visitors alike with their modern take on Italian culinary classics.
